Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

The room was very clean and in overall good condition. Some minor problems include the bathtub drain plug was missing. We later found it under the bath sink but we were unsure how to install it. The drip pans on the stove don’t fit the burners. The kitchen faucet keeps running after being turned off. The clothes dryer is rusting out and does not dry well.

I have not stayed at Pinnacle Port since I was a kid. I stayed for the first time in 22 years with my kids and it was wonderful. Everything in our room and on property was very clean. Every staff member I spoke with before, during, and after were all wonderful. They had so many fun activities for the kids/family. We will definitely be back!

Condo was close to beach. Great view. Pool was GREAT! Everything worked except the shower. No hot water the first night. Tony came and fixed it. Stopper that caused the tub faucet to send water to shower was not working. On arrival Tub was not clean and bathroom floors were not clean.

We had a great time staying at Pinnacle Port. It was our second year in a row to stay here. We like the close location to the beach and the condo we rented was great. Everything was clean when we got here and all we had to do when we left was leave. We recommend it to all our friends.
