Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

We enjoyed a pleasant weekend with beach front access! My only recommendations for the owners would be to update the washer/dryer unit and the mattress on the top bunk.

The unit is a bit dated in terms of decor, but was clean, and perfect for our spring break vacation with the kids. The location cannot be beat, just 2.0 steps or so to the beach.
Our family normally stays in the tower units - but there are always elevator problemsSo we found this unit on a last minute booking . Wow what a difference, no issue with the elevator. The condo was recently upgraded the rental management said . Not worn out like most other rentals we have been in. From the mattresses to the furniture everything looked brand new !! It’s was nicely decorated and clean - would stay here again
