Home stereo with CD player, AM/FM stereo and cassette player. New large color flatscreen cable TV and DVD/CD/VCR in living room, New large flat screen TV's and DVD player in each bedroom.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! The view from the balcony cannot be better! However, the condo needs major upgrades. The bedding was stained, not enough washcloths, two of the closet doors were broken, air filter needed to be cleaned causing the air to not cool as quickly as it should.

Overall, the location was perfect and not crowded like many places. There was plenty of room. My only complaint was the beds. The beds were not comfortable. For the price, it could be updated.

Unit was a bit dated and a little unkept, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with most of the basics and several extras for us to prepare what we wanted during our stay. The view from the balcony was wonderful and so nice to enjoy. We had a great time and would gladly book this unit again.
For the most part we had a nice stay. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable as the cushion had certainly seen better days. Also we had a regular key to lock and unlock the condo door, and it was not easy in doing so. You kind of had to “maneuver” the door some to allow the dead bolt to work. Other than that we had a nice stay and will be back.
