Was first time staying at Pinnacle Port. The location & view were the bomb. Easy access to beach was huge plus. However, the condo was disappointing. I had spoken to Tanya prior to our visit over a previous review and was assured this unit had been worked on for past two weeks. So we weren’t prepared for all that was wrong.
Kitchen faucet leaks. Door handle on oven broken. Bar outlet doesn’t work. Utility room door handle loose (we tightened as best we could with butter knife). Sliding door handle loose (we tightened). Faucet broke in third bedroom. Bathroom doors do not lock. Toilet seats in all bathrooms slide off when you sit down. No hair dryer. Only one washcloth per bathroom for six people. Mold/mildew on ceiling of second bathroom. No dishcloth or sponge in kitchen. Air not consistent through out especially front bedroom next to no air. Balcony chair was broken so fell into wall when I sat down. TV in LR didn’t work and no response when left messages/text.
Needless to say would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

This was our first time in a 3bdrm unit. It was great to have the wrap around balcony, great patio furniture, perfect views. All one level, was perfect for us because we had 2 babies. Queen bdrm is warmer but was totally fine with the fans available, beds could be more comfortable but was fine! Couch in living room does fold out! We loved this unit and would be back! Pinnacle Port is the best

This unit definitely needs updates! The bedroom at entry has no air conditioning. The lamp has to be turned on and off by screwing and unscrewing the light bulb. The refrigerator ice maker does not work, the kitchen needs a can opener that works. There is no electric and the handheld one is terrible and only partially cuts the cans to open. There also could be a pizza cutter. The middle bedroom bathroom appears to have mold on the ceiling. The front bedroom fan needs replaced. The front door broke and we got locked in the room and had to call security to get out. Maintenance had to repair the door! We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times. This is the worsts unit we have stayed in. This is not a bad unit but it definitely needs work! I definitely would consider another unit until updates are made. For the price that was paid this wasn’t you would expect!

Great location! Very worn and tired on the inside. Needs major updating. Work hours going on during the stay was very disruptive!

We've been vacationing at Pinnacle Port for years and this was our first time renting a 3 bedroom. The wrap around balcony was our favorite part. Pinnacle Port and it's perfect location and laid back vibe has us hooked and it's the only place we'll ever stay in Panama City Beach!

This was our 4th stay here. We love this place. It's always clean and the beach isn't overcrowded. Has a nice grilling area also. Will be staying again next time we vacation in Florida

We love the Pinnacle Port Resort. This was the first time we stayed at Pinnacle Port. We will definitely be back. We loved staying in unit C3604. Great views from the balconies! Great place for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was cold for a while and the heater wasn’t working. Called maintenance and they came in a timely manner to fix it. The condo is very well equipped with all we needed. Mattress was good. The balcony was wonderful!

Very nice condo with Hawaiian theme decor. Loved the layout and bigger balcony. Also the tall chairs on the balcony are the best I have ever seen and we have been vacationing at Pinnacle Port for over 30 years. The staff in the office were very nice and professional. My only critique is low quality cookware. We had 6 adults and a baby and had plenty of room. Thanks for a great week!
