The owner of the condo Beverly was so nice to work with. We texted and emailed mostly but she called latter in the week to check on us.
the condo was clean and had everything we needed.
Tanya in the reservation office was a pleasure to work with as will.
We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for five years for fall break and have never been disappointed. Great place!

Perfect location , condo was cute and clean had a great view of the beach, two minor items need attention : kitchen sink drips and although we followed directions shower water temperature was difficult to stay regulated. ...Had a great vacation would highly recommend!!

I loved the place it was so convenient for everything. The view is great! My family and I will definitely come back. I will recommend for anyone! Only thing is the pull out mattress is not so good to sleep on.

We were so pleased with our stay at Pinnacle Port. Our condo was clean, well taken care of, and had a beautiful view of the beach. We will for sure be returning!

Everything was excellent except for some reason the shower temperature was uncontrollable ( swings from freezing to scalding). Great location and access to the beach. Great security and keyless entry. Did not have to visit the office at all during the entire stay ( check in and access pass all online. Will definitely stay there again.

Condo was just as described. Neat and clean and free from clutter. Excellent view from the porch. Easy access to the beach. Easy access to parking. Great security!
The only frustration we found was how many rental chairs were placed out each day. Many unused. It left little room on the beach for those who brought their own chairs! We have been coming to PP for 20 years. We will be back!

The property description was exactly as the property was shown. Super clean with all the amenities anyone would need. The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean. Great recommendations from the owner. Loved Salty Sue’s and Runaway Island restaurants. Great suggestions from the owner as to places to visit. Enjoyed the shops and Sunday Farmers’ market along 30C. If you are looking for a place to stay in Florida, this is top notch!!

Was absolutely wonderful. An extra amount of dishwasher soap would have been helpful, but everything else was great.

We love staying at Pinnacle Port and this unit was perfect. We loved the ocean view and short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and check in/check out was easy.

Our unit was well equipped when we got there. Plenty of extra fans and air conditioning if needed as well as pillows and blankets. Everything was in working order. The view of our condo was beautiful beachfront! You couldn't beat the walk to the beach. To top it all off security was magnificent, lighting in the parking lot and surrounding areas of the condo was great as well.

We had a great week! The condo was absolutely amazing! Not one complaint. Honestly the best we’ve rented and we’ve stayed at Pinnacle Port for over 20 years.

The weather was perfect! Felt very safe. Second time coming here. And hope to return. There were a few things; Wi-Fi was horrible. 49$ insurance fee was unwanted.

We rented this condo to be able to visit with our brother and sister- in- law. We had a wonderful week.

The condo was clean and well maintained with updated furniture. It meet expectations. I would recommend the unit. We always enjoy staying at Pinnacle Port.

The unit was well maintained and beautifully decorated with an amazing 2nd floor view of the pristine gulf. We appreciated the "Welcome Guest" binder that listed maps, restaurants, coupons, attractions, etc. - very helpful. Swimming in the gulf and visiting nature's opening from the inlet to the gulf, restored our soul and feeling of health after a long COVID reprieve from vacationing.
The office staff made checking-in and out very easy. On our last night there was some commotion on the beach with fireworks and loud cheers around 10 or 11 pm. We were impressed with how quickly security responded and restored the peace and quiet. Will come back again and again.
