It's was very simple, and easy. We checked in on a Sunday, even though the staff was not in the office, it was a very simple check in. The check out was easy as well. We have stayed at pinnacle port 4 or 5 times now. We love that it is a gated community. The only complaints we have is you can't walk to a restaurant, and the condo we stayed in needed an update. Other then that there are no complaints and we will be back

We love the location because it's secluded. The pools are great and Starfish Grill is a great addition to the property. Overall the condos are outdated, but everything was in good working condition. There were plenty of plates, cups, and silverware, but not enough cookware. There was only one large skillet without a lid. There was a dutch oven but it wasn't large enough for a shrimp boil. Only one baking sheet. Would've been great to have another or a pizza pan as well as a muffin tin.

We had a great 6 days at this condo. It was clean and comfortable enough to be acceptable because nothing is as comfortable as home. Just want to comment the there are fire ants living in the sandy planted areas surrounding the parking lot and they found us as we were packing the car to leave which made for a painful journey home as we kept finding them as we drove. I know they are hard to control but efforts need to be made. Our only other concern was the lack of password protected Wi-Fi. This made us concerned for the security of financial transactions made using the public Wi-Fi. We asked for a password but were told that it is only available to owners.

We've been returning to Pinnacle Port for over 10 years and always enjoy our time. It's a quiet community right on the beach next to a state park with 1/2 mile of undeveloped land and an inlet to the lake. It's close enough to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk if you want to visit. Our kids have always run free in the complex since there is not far for them to go. Carillon has some shops and restaurants if you want options on property, grocery stores and restaurants are just out side the main gate. The kitchen/bathroom could use some updating but the bed was comfortable and the unit was clean.

What a wonderful experience! The condo was perfect! It was neat, clean, had everything needed and the view was awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer but will book this unit again, for sure!

The play ground, shuffleboard area needs some attention.

Beautiful view, convenient to the beach. We had trouble getting the internet and figuring out how to work the TV.
