Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

We are Pinnacle Port owners but have a guest staying in our unit for the winter. But we could not resist a weekend getaway to our favorite spot on the Emerald Coast. Pinnacle Port management worked to find us a unit last minute. The beachfront location is perfect and we love the midrise buildings in the complex. Convenient to shopping, dining, 30A activities and the state park. Highly recommend Pinnacle Port as the perfect option for beachfront balconies and access, winter or summer.

I would recommend this property. Property was clean secure and well-maintained. Great location to the beach with additional amenities for family and friends. Two pools, tennis courts, and pickleball. Our room was as described. The single bed room; king size bed was old and needs to be replaced.

The room was just as advertised. We enjoy staying at Pinnacle Port and have stayed many times over the years either renting direct or from individual owners. The room was great for me and my husband to come and relax and enjoy the beach. One suggestion would be adding some cookware like cookie sheets for baking or reheating in the oven. Other than that no real issues at all.
