Beach People Welcome and it is evident throughout this remodeled and immaculate ground floor two bedroom unit in Pinnacle Port's Mid-Rise buildings. Walk out your door to the close and easy beach access and get ready to enjoy the white sandy beaches and blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The owners have lovingly decorated this Gulf front unit for the ultimate beach experience. You will find tile plank flooring throughout the unit, light and bright kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating for 4 people; the dining area also seats four people for great entertaining or just relaxing with the family and friends. There is a King size bed in each bedroom; the Master Bedroom has a large picture window for viewing the beach and the Gulf and also has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combo and double sink vanity. The guest bedroom also has a King size bed and adjacent bath with tub/shower combo. There is also a full size washer/dryer for your use. Sit on the balcony and watch the beach and the Gulf as well as spectacular sunsets.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Comfortable condo and easy access to the beach. Our special needs daughter was able to use the pool with the help of a pool lift. So thankful for this. Everyone was helpful and courteous. We are seniors and it would be nice to have tub/shower grab bars. Nice kitchen, beds were comfortable and plenty good quality towels.

Perfect place and location. We like to avoid traffic and crowds but still be close to restaurants and shops. We love the seclusion that Pinnacle Port gives us...condo was perfect, clean and roomy. Beds were just right for us. Janet is so nice and helpful at booking and checking in. We are ready for our next vacation here!!!

It was an unusual month. Dryer went kaput, but owner replaced it. Microwave went out, but a loaner was provided. Heat went out for 4 days- finally fixed. Love the location- had returned for a 2nd year- easy unloading and access to the beautiful beach. Great people make it a nice place to visit for the month!

This condo was perfect. The beds were comfy and it was just steps away from the beach. We will definitely stay in this unit again. We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for 13 years and this condo was one of the best we have stayed in.

Loved location + all amenities. Staff was remarkable. They had to fix heat/ac, replace screen door + air filter and they fixed the first two immediately! Awesome! We appreciated it since the 1st week was cold, 2nd week was warmer so we were able to be poolside. Pools were both very clean. Thanks to entire staff.
