Overall pretty good. Beautiful weather. Have rented in PP for the last 34 years. Will rent again. Love the C building. I think the condo needs some updating. Bathroom exhaust fans do not work. This unit uses public unsecured Wi-Fi that’s in and out. Balcony furniture has a lot to be desired. Sofa in bad shape.

Overall, we had a great vacation and thankful that we found a place to stay. Walking in to the condo, it is beautiful with a balcony and an ocean view, however it is dated. The master bath plumbing was not great, the air conditioning unit was sub-sub par to say the least, and the communication was non existent. We traveled with a group of friends and their experiences were better than ours, I'd stay in the resort again, just a different unit.

Price was great. Condo was so clean. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. This is the second time i came here and this is my new go to place.

Overall it was a good unit. Very bare minimum. No paper towels. If you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head this is the place for you. If you are looking for something to make you feel more at home then keep looking. We are used to renting units at pinnacle port that has the basic necessities such as paper towel as well as small
Things like board games, comfy blankets, etc. to make you feel more at home. I would choose Bre minimum in the c3 building above may other building on the property any day though. The views from the C3 Building units cannot be beaten. Check in and check out super smooth process.

We were there the last week of August,2023. Condo was clean and any issues were taken care of by management the same day. Our coffeepot broke and a new one was delivered that day. The balcony faced the beach which was absolutely stunning. I would defiantly rent there again.

We love Pinnacle Port and have been coming here for many years. This was our first time staying in this particular unit, and we were not disappointed! Nicely decorated with an amazing view, and a well-stocked kitchen to meet our needs. No issues at all with check-in, and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

We love pinnacle port and look forward to our vacation every year. The beach is beautiful the condo we stay in is right on the beach. Nothing is more than 20 minutes way. Great place.

we have been coming for prob. 15-18 yrs. and prob. Worst experience yet. No internet or cable 1/2 the week then in and out. Office put off on providers and was asked to call the numbers on the sheet. Did but of course never heard back from anyone. We have struggled thru some of the worst cable tv for a couple-3 yrs. but this was the worst. We have always enjoyed being here it just seems the prices keep going up and quality doesn't change. Supposedly paying for location and amenities. keep the amenities and just give us reliable internet and cable we can navigate. Overal we love the property and have never had any problems just need internet and decent cable tv. on another note it would be great to have ice machines on property such as Twice the ice machines.

The Condo was great. Had a couple of times with no water but only for a short time.

This place was great and has been updated since the photos- the walls are now white, there are new countertops in the kitchen and in the master bathroom, and new furniture in the living room- a great surprise! The condo is in an excellent location, right next to the nature preserve, but the building is not too far from grills, and the swimming pools, and the view is amazing! We loved our stay!

We always stay At Pinnacle Port and love the location. This year, the red tide lived in on us and unfortunately, the air conditioning went out in the whole complex which made it very uncomfortable for several days. Otherwise, we had a great stay and hope to return next year..
