2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a King bed in Primary bedroom, 2 Twin beds in 2nd bedroom. THERE IS NO SLEEPER SOFA - Condo accommodates a maximum of 4 people, no smoking. Flat screen TV in guest and Primary bedrooms. Large flat screen TV in living room. Tile floors in living room and both bedrooms. New living room and dining room furniture, and coastal artwork. Comfortable fun, and classy décor. On the grounds are four tennis courts, barbeque grills, indoor/outdoor pools, children's play area, shuffleboard and bocce ball. Boat ramp for boats and kayaks. Private and secluded property, but fun!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Our arrival experience was disappointing. I didn't have a code for after hour key box. Thankfully housekeeping came along-she opened the key box and our keys were NOT there-she was very kind, and retrieved the keys for me. First thing I noticed when entering the unit was that the Master bed was not made and no sheets to make the bed. The book with all the important numbers such as housekeeping and maintenance had been covered up; It was Saturday and no one around to talk to in the office. I talked with the security team and they helped report the lack of sheets - after tracking them down two more times and several calls later, around 8:30p, Justin brought the sheets and made up the bed. The next day we took down the shower curtain and liner in the guest bathroom - it was filthy and moldy. We bought a liner at Walmart and changed it out. On Monday I took the shower curtain and liner to the office and explained how nasty they were. I was offered a replacement, but had already bought a new liner. The woman in the office (older person with blond hair) was terribly rude & unpleasant - no smiles or people skills at all. She said to me "you've had your say", turned her back and started back to her office - that's when I asked for a receipt for the liner and curtain. She asked "what for" and I told her I didn't want to be accused of taking it. She reluctantly produced a receipt. I left the office and as I was driving away I felt unsatisfied about how I was treated. When I walked back in the office the woman at the front desk
motioned to the blond woman to "shush" - apparently they were talking about me. I told them how unprofessional they were and unpleasant and I didn't appreciate it. No apologies no smiles, nothing.
Just dealing with the office personnel makes me not want to rent at Pinnacle Port in the future. We also found towels in the washer. Housekeeping
is over worked/under staffed-I don't blame them-office staff couldn't have care l

We enjoy this location very much. This unit could use a little more TLC.
The AC unit needs checked. The bed was very hard. ( better than real soft) the box fans are filthy. I had to clean one to use. Ceiling fans would be nice. We did like the furnishings and decor. The master bath shower was very well updated. Get elongated toilets. I would get rid of the popcorn ceiling.
