In-season guests (Memorial Day - Labor Day) must rent Saturday - Saturday.
ALL RENTALS, including off-season, have a minimum three (3) night stay for this unit.
This beautiful unit has been totally remodeled and furnished with new modern furniture and appliances and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The downstairs master bedroom and living room and its balcony overlook Lake Powell and the quaint village of Carillon Beach; the upstairs master has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sandy white beaches and also overlooks Carillon Beach. The unit is furnished in calm and soothing grey and white tones and will certainly give you a relaxing stay at the Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, all new cabinetry, light, backsplash and countertops. The adjacent laundry room features full-size stainless steel washer and dryer. The remodeling offered the opportunity for opening up the stairwell leading to the second level and brightens the entire unit . Come and enjoy a relaxing get-away for the whole family or family and friends.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for the past 4 years and have always enjoyed our stay. This years unit (PH15) was a great choice again. The views allowed in this unit give you a nice view of the sunrise, and a spectacular sunset view. In our month long stay we only encountered one minor problem and it was taken care of quickly. Tanya at the rental office is always a pleasure to work with and is very friendly AND PROFESSIONAL. We look forward to our trip there next year!

The rental was great!! Checking in had a couple hiccups, but we finally got inside the rental. Plenty of space to relax and not crowded.
The downstairs toilet didn’t work all week so we had to go upstairs. Overall it was a good vacation!
We had a great stay. We did have a power outage one night in our condo and security was quick to help us get it resolved. Everyone was very nice that we talk to the whole stay.
